This site is operated by The Room Partners LLC ("The Room", "we", "us"), a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Trade Licence No. 2652650). This notice explains how we handle personal data submitted to us through this website.
WHAT WE COLLECT
Enquiry form: your name, work email address, company name (optional), the option you select describing your situation, and the details you write about your problem.
"Notify me about The Collective" and launch waitlist forms: your email address only.
We don't use tracking cookies, analytics, or advertising scripts on this site. The only data we receive is what you choose to submit through these forms.
WHY WE COLLECT IT
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, get in touch about The Collective, or notify you when we launch — nothing else. We don't sell, rent, or use your data for marketing you haven't asked for.
OUR LAWFUL BASIS
We process this data on the basis of your consent, given when you voluntarily submit a form, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you've initiated with us.
WHERE YOUR DATA IS HELD
Submitted data is stored in a database hosted in the EU (AWS, Ireland). Email notifications of new submissions are sent via Resend, a US-based email delivery provider, to our own inbox. This site's fonts are served via Google Fonts, which as a normal part of loading a webpage may receive your IP address from Google — no data from our forms is shared with Google.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We retain submitted data for up to 24 months from the date of submission, after which it is automatically deleted. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time (see "Your rights" below).
YOUR RIGHTS
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and applicable regulations, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict our processing of it, and to withdraw consent at any time.
